Both ultimate team and webapp cannot be signed in

Hi, need urgent help

every time when I try to connect to ultimate team, the message shows connecting to ultimate team is impossible ". Also I can't login to Web app as it shows "signed into another device ".

I been disconnected from a game this morning, when I reopen the game if happened.

Anyone know how to fix it?

Hi there — the web app login issue can sometimes be caused by an active session in the main game. Please log out on your console/PC and wait at least 15 minutes, then try signing in again.

If you manage to log in to the web app, try switching your active squad and setting it as your main team. After that, launch the game again and test to see if the issue is resolved.
