"I have more than one storage device with a FC 26 profile."

I bought this game as soon as it's released, which is like a week ago. After playing manager career mode for a little while the message "I have more than one storage device with a FC 26 profile. Please select a storage device to load from." appeared.

I uninstalled and installed it, deleted saved profiles, used another account to load my profile, went offline, went online, and none of it worked.

I gave up and played with my other Playstation account and I ran into the same problem.

I only have 2 accounts so I basically can't play FC 26 anymore only after a week of playing and after paying 89 Canadian dollars.

I see people having the same issue with no response which means I've got no solution.

I'm very displeased and I'm probably gonna post about this on Instagram, tik tok,...

  • It's complacency on EA Sports part.  They likely rushed development.  They clearly barely monitor or respond to things here.  They are confident that even if they dish up turds, the customer base will continue buying.

    I had a bizarre experience today.  It was half time and while I was in Team Management changing tactics, formations, making a substitution, evidently the game kept playing - without me - in the background.  I could feel noises and vibrations - which sounded like a possible whistle but not too dissimilar to the system sounds that the console makes too.  I came back to the game finding that 15 minutes had gone and I had conceded a goal.  I restarted the game and I could no longer access the in game menu until half time - so no ability to even see the tactics I had what to speak of changing them, making substitutions, etc.

    I am getting to the point where this of sloppiness and complacency is causing me to wonder why I keep giving EA Sports money year after year.
