I haven’t been able to get into the game since 1pm launch.
Have the ultimate edition pre ordered have EA play but the game only lets me learn to play or upgrade. Region is Ireland, console Xbox S, time started trying 1:15pm. What is the solution!

Lots of people are having the same issue, there was another forum full of people with the same problem. seems like its just being ignored now by EA. They have marked that forum as solved yet i have just tried again now and still the issue is there. I have pre ordered ultimate edition and also have EA play through game pass. Yet when the game it loaded it has 3 options (learn/training/upgrade) This is as if we have not already purchased the ultimate edition (which we have) then if you press on upgrade then one of the options of game edition it tries to load the store then just errors. There have been no solutions provided and repsonses have just disapeared. Rather frustrating
