i havent been able to play the game

i got the game and tried to fix my problem with the frames on ea fc 26, i can run 165hz easily with my 5060ti and ryzen 7 5800x. My frames run 165hz but constantly drop to 45 and below every 3 seconds, i already did all the optimization settings and everything with Vsync and the in game ones
