Also, make sure you are checking the store page for the right version.
For example, maybe you are checking the Ultimate edition, but you got the standard or vice versa!

Hello, facing the same issue, ordered and paid for the ultimate edition for PC in July but its asking me to pre order when its supposed to be available for download.
