I opened a Time Warp Guaranteed pack and i got no time warp player

anyone also having trouble contacting their help service, i get an error message when i try? I think we need compensation hopefully EA can help

Hi, i opened a timewarp deuxe pack and received no timewarp players, while the description of the pack said you are guarenteed 2 and one is 87+. Instead I got Haaland and inform akanji. What is this EA? Fix this please.

We've been checking those two specific packs but we haven't found anything wrong in terms of content in it.

We believe however that the walkouts weren't triggered so those items might be at the back of the unassigned pile. Please make sure you check the entire content of the pack or for any 85+ players Time Warp in your club.

If you quicksold the items by accident, you can check on the companion app if you can recover those items with the Quick Sell Recovery tool.

Bought the Guaranteed 2 Time Warp pack with one being rated 87+, got no Time Warp cards and the two best I got were 2 86 rated In Forms. How do I get refunded for this?

I have also just had this problem. With the single and double time warp packs.

I've just opened a Time Warp guarantee pack and a Double Time Warp Guarantee pack, and neither contained a Time Warp player.

Bought a double time warp guarantee with guarantee 87 plus but only got 1 86 rated player . This game is so bad .
