Icon Pack missing

I loaded into fc26 normally, however I didn’t find my icon pack from pre ordering ultimate edition, I don’t know if this is because it’s not meant to be there yet or not, but still can someone please give me a little clarity on when I will receive this please.

    I still haven't received my points or icon pack i haven't logged in to the actual game but they dont come up on my companion app
