Icon Pack missing

I loaded into fc26 normally, however I didn’t find my icon pack from pre ordering ultimate edition, I don’t know if this is because it’s not meant to be there yet or not, but still can someone please...

    I still haven't received my points or icon pack i haven't logged in to the actual game but they dont come up on my companion app

    I still don't have my icon pack, I have seen others using the likes of totti though. I think as just wondering why some have their packs and others don't?

    It didnt say anything about ordering before 26 august on Playstation store when I bought the Ultimate version. I have not received the icon either…
