Icons remain locked in career mode after unlocking the level bundle EAFC 26

I unlocked players Gullit and Mattaus and claimed them as rewards bundle when I reached level 19 but for some reason they remain locked in career mode?

also Fernando Torres and veron disapeared as selectable icons in career mode.  

How do I fix this? please help!!
