I'm unable to enter in my Ultimate Team

Hi there. Let's see if a thorough power cycle of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

Still  it's not working. It's any chance to kick me out from Ultimate Team from your side.  Apparently I got stuck in Ultimate Team. That's the issue 

As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let's see if that will connect. Again, this is just as a test.

If that doesn't work, do you have a separate PSN ID you can try? That would help determine if this is account related or not.

It's not related with my internet network. I can play the other FC 26 online modes: club, seasons. It's something related specifically to my Ultimate Team.

I switched my  connection to a mobile hotspot. I have the same message on the screen: " Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will be returned to the Main Menu". The other online game modes of Fc26 are working ok.

I installed the website/companion app I logged in with my user ID but it asked me to log out from Ultimate Team on my Playstation 5  and  after I will be able to create an empty squad.How  to do that if I can't access my Ultimate team?

Try completely exiting out of FC 26 and turning off your console. Also, restart your mobile device and try accessing the companion app again.

I did all those steps,  but apparently I'm still logged in my Ultimate Team. I get the same message in my companion app 

Try using the web version in an incognito/private browser. It might be a cookies/cache issue.
