I'm unable to enter in my Ultimate Team

Hi. I tried to play Ultimate Team in the last 24 hours but I still get this message: " Unable to enter in Ultimate Team , now you will be returned to main menu". I tried all the fixings tips I found...

I understand. Normally, deleting squads in the web/companion app fixes this. You also need to create an empty squad though. Did you do that?

It's not related with my internet network. I can play the other FC 26 online modes: club, seasons. It's something related specifically to my Ultimate Team.

  I installed the website/companion app I logged in with my user ID but it asked me to log out from Ultimate Team on my Playstation 5 and after I will be able to create an empty squad.How to do that if I can't access my Ultimate team?

    Try completely exiting out of FC 26 and turning off your console. Also, restart your mobile device and try accessing the companion app again.
