I want to dispute a ban or suspension

Platform: PS4 pro

FC 26 Ultimate Team account has been banned recently.

I have strictly followed EA Terms of Service all the time.

I never purchased/sold FUT coins from any third-party website, never used any bots, scripts, automation tools, and never shared my account with others.

All coins and players in my club are obtained legitimately by playing matches, SBCs and normal transfer market trading.

I believe this ban is a false positive triggered by your automatic anti-cheat system.

Please arrange a manual human recheck on my account trading logs and game activity.

I request detailed evidence if there is any violation detected.

And I came to Dali from Shenzhen on July 29th in China.So I can not play game on PS4 pro，I can only use the app on my phone to play SBCs and access the transfer market. Maybe that’s why I have be ban.
