I'm unhappy

I pre ordered FC26 before August 26th and was excited to play the game then days before the pre order ultimate release it told me that it had cancelled my order despite having the money in the account that originally payed for it and made me pre order it again despite already purchasing it then when I finally logged onto the game I got all my pre order bonuses but didn't get the icon pack which was what I wanted most but didn't receive it.
