Impossible to connect to servers

Hello,

i was palying with out any connection issued got disconnected and not i can't acces to ultimate team i am still getting you have lost your online connection, but my connection is totally working (i am able to go online and play other game). can you please help fixed this issued.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to UT on the device you play on. Let me know what happens.
