Input delay in Fut Champions - is it possible to get a refund for the game?

I thought I’d be able to play through Fut Champions under relatively normal conditions, but I am completely done with your embarrassing product. Once AGAIN, I am forced to quit after just 3–4 matches because this game is nothing but a joke. Nothing more. While leading 2-0 around the 65th minute, massive input delay (5-6 s) kicked in, which literally negated all my effort. In the 88th minute, because of this delay, my player ran straight into her own goal, causing me to lose the match 3-2. I’ve tried everything—even rolling back to older drivers—but your game is simply broken. We are five months into the game's life cycle! I am fed up with the constant tweaking of graphics settings and Nvidia Control Panel shifts, and the perpetual frustration of wondering whether I’ll actually be able to play a normal match or not. I deeply regret buying this game and spending money during TOTY. Honestly, if there is any possibility of a full refund for all costs incurred (including FC Points) and even permanently deleting my account, I would gladly take it—despite having this account since FUT 13 and having 3 TOTY cards, Henry, Bellingham Thunder, Messi TOTY HM, Mbappe and others in my current squad. And as for your support? Honestly? You are totally useless. You haven't proposed a single ONE working solution since January 21st (13 days ago)! All you do is ask for dxdiag files. Polish support provides one solution, while English support provides another, and they often contradict each other. If there is any option for a refund of all costs, including FC Points, please provide a form or instructions. I am exhausted by your incompetence. I am attaching a recording of the goal I mentioned earlier. Thank you, EA, for your 'wonderful' work for PC players. Feel free to ban me; you’d be doing me a favor.
