EA rip off an false advertising/Only internet drops out in fc26

At the start of the year I got my self a copy of the ultimate edition saying how it would give a icon / 1000 ×4 fc points ....well surprise surprise after buying it no icon an iv only gotten the 1000 fc points once ... an in of course tiny tiny little writing it said it had to be purched 2 weeks prior to the date I got it to get all them things ... yet I pay fully bloody price an they had the promo up the the psn store saying how it would give me a icon yada yada yada an yow it was worth it just to get stiffed on it ... fine what ever well played EA tho I think it is a dog act to have done so but then I get this DNF bs evey day beacuse your servers are un stable an you punish me for it ... wth EA 🤦‍♂️ This is really really eating at me i get a disconnect penalty more then 2 times a day even when winning i am lucky to get to a second half " especially in toty swaps"  of late  an iam losesing my mind why is this the only game this happens with iam so feed up with it if you "EA" can't have a stable server can you at least remove the DNF pen it is just salt on a wound anyway i pay way to much money to you mob an all i seem to get out of it every year is pain an iam all but certain i won't ever be spending money with you guys again iv done it with micro soft so you guys can  jog too
