Input delay on PC. Unplayable

there has been an awful input delay, like at least 5-6 seconds so the game is literally unplayable on it´s online modes. It is an issue than many (if not every) pc players have, it isnt´t related to the PC specs nor connection and this has been happening since the release of the game, there are some times that after a patch, it seems to be fixed but after another patch, the issue comes back. I really dont know what to do and I can´t even play the game. If this is going to be a problem that EA is not going to fix (Because it has been months since the start of the issue), I´d like a refund because I cannot play the game and it totally ruins the experience of the game
