Can someone please help, I'm begging.  My input lag makes the game actually unplayable.  All of my PC metrics are completely fine (i.e. FPS maxed, Ping is great, etc), yet the game has horrible input lag in Rivals, Champions, and events.  The lag is even noticeable in the menu - for instance it takes multiple seconds until a button will register.

In game, its actually not playable with the delayed inputs, players dribble in near slow motion compared to my opponents.  The only time I did not have these issues was during early access.  One thing I noticed that I have not before - after a game I received an error there was a "server mismatch" and its adjusting objectives.  No clue if that has anything to do with this input lag, however, it does truly feel like I'm playing on servers in another country (I'm based in Ohio).

If someone could look into what could possibly be causing this, that would be incredible. I do love the game but its unplayable to the point I don't know if I'd ever trust buying the game again.
