Black screen every time i go into a game

Everytime i try and go into a UT game it black screens and I am forced to ALT F4, I have tried multiple times uninstalling the game, uninstalling EA app, repaired all the files, repaired all visual files, uninstalled and reinstalled anti-cheat, all my graphics are up to date.

how is this still happening
