Instant error pressing Pro Clubs — other online modes work

I can access Ultimate Team and Online Seasons, my NAT type is open, but I get an instant connection error the moment I press Pro Clubs. I’ve already cleared reserved space and local saved data. Can an EA staff member refresh or reset my Pro Clubs profile on my account?
