International Tournament Glitch

Hello EA Support,

This has happened to me more than once, and it was against the same player. I believe this player may be abusing a glitch or exploit. His playstation account name is smoky-sunup1 and his Ea account name is neymar102873

When I reached the final, the match never started. Instead, I was removed from the tournament and was awarded second place, even though I never got the chance to play the final.

Since this has happened multiple times against the same opponent, I suspect they are intentionally using an exploit. Please investigate this player's account and review the match logs. Please help me with this problem I lost 2 finals because of this glitch.
