Hi there. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, try loading in to UT again. You also may need to create an empty squad. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I have tried this. Still getting the same issues. Worth noting I can’t access my original ea email to rectify anything else. I can only sign in as I remember the password.

I recommend you open a case with an advisor to get your email updated. That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.
What platform are you playing FC 26 on?

Whenever I try to contact an agent, it sends me recommended troubleshoots which I’ve already tried. PS5.

An advisor should be able to help get your email updated.
As far as connecting to UT goes, please try the following:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

Power it all up and try playing again
