Whenever I try to contact an agent, it sends me recommended troubleshoots which I’ve already tried. PS5.

An advisor should be able to help get your email updated.
As far as connecting to UT goes, please try the following:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

Power it all up and try playing again
