What platform are you playing FC 26 on?
Whenever I try to contact an agent, it sends me recommended troubleshoots which I’ve already tried. PS5.

An advisor should be able to help get your email updated.
As far as connecting to UT goes, please try the following:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

But I cannot get through to an advisor? I have tried the above steps and it is still crashing fairly often. Similarly to others who have posted in the last 24-48 hours, I don’t ever have issues this bad and nothing has changed with my internet connection.

Please follow these steps to open a case with an advisor:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Type EA Account into the search field
- Select the EA Account tile
- Click on See more topics
- Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
- Click on the option for chat
