Please follow these steps to open a case with an advisor:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Type EA Account into the search field
- Select the EA Account tile
- Click on See more topics
- Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
- Click on the option for chat
I got through to an agent who refused to update my email for “security reasons” despite having a secure device registered. Also tried all of their steps and the first time I tried to log in to ultimate team, it didn’t let me log in. They then said I have to go to ea forums to get help. They also advised this is where I’d make a complaint.

If they can't verify you own the account, they won't be able to make any changes to it. Unfortunately, we can't help with account related issues over the forums. Only an advisor can do that once you have passed account ownership verification.

This was advised by an agent there. Still zero help has been offered. I am no further after a week. It’s absolutely pathetic.
