Is anyone else having connection issues with ultimate team? I have restarted the router deleted game data etc. and no change

Community ManagerIf they can't verify you own the account, they won't be able to make any changes to it. Unfortunately, we can't help with account related issues over the forums. Only an advisor can do that once you have passed account ownership verification.
This was advised by an agent there. Still zero help has been offered. I am no further after a week. It’s absolutely pathetic.
