Israeli pro clubs server

Before the update, Israeli vs Israeli matches were probably hosted on a local server in Israel or very close, giving you 5 ms ping and smooth gameplay. After the update, those same matches might now be routed through a different regional server (possibly Europe), which adds delay and causes input lag—even if the ping number looks okay. The fact that European matches feel better despite higher ping suggests the Israeli matches are being forced onto a poorly optimized or overloaded server.
