Issue Accessing Ultimate Team Mode

hello EA Support,

I am having an issue accessing the Ultimate Team mode in EA FC 26. Every time I try to enter Ultimate Team, I receive an error message and I am unable to log in. This message appears every single time I attempt to access the mode.

Could you please explain why this is happening and help me resolve the issue?
