Re: connecting ultimate team is not possible at the moment

Hello EA, I pre ordered fc26 for $100 so I could play early. it’s been 5 days and haven’t been able to play at all. my screen keeps saying failure to connect to UT and such. The loading takes forever then it kicks me out. There’s no early access in this, I would like my money back but be able to keep the game or at least some type of compensation. If nothing is done I will be suing for false information and not getting for what I paired for. Your fine print said pay this much and get early access and such but I can’t even play the game!!!
