Hey Carlos_banned Could you please share the exact error message you receive? Are you able to access your account using the FC Ultimate Team web app? If so, please create a new squad with different players and delete the old one. Then test the game again and let us know how that goes. Thanks.

EA_Pulsar We have a whole thread with the same issue since early access drop. We are marked as solved and still have not received one bit of an update. How is it that our thread gets no update for almost 5 days and this one gets a response. Help us out and give us an update or how to request reimbursement for not having Early Access for now almost the entire week. Please give us something.
