Refund Request: fc26 (Unplayable: Lag & Input Delay)

Hello,

I purchased EA SPORTS FC26 Ultimate Edition, but the game is unplayable on my system due to severe lag and noticeable input delay. 

I contacted EA Support within the refund eligibility window, but my request was denied. I was also told escalation or supervisor transfer was “not possible,” which contradicts both the EA Refund Policy and EU consumer protection law.

I have attached my support chat transcript as proof.

I kindly request that this case be escalated to the appropriate team for manual review and refund processing.
