Issue Logging Into FC26

A few weeks ago, I had tried linking my playstation account to my EA Account and reached out to customer support about this and they had said that my account would link when I open the game and followed the prompts. However, when I have just loaded the game it says that my Playstation is linked to an EA Account already but it says that it the password to it is disabled, and that it is already linked to a different EA Account even though this is my first year on FC on Playstation because I used to play all my FIFAs on Xbox and I had just made the switch and haven't played an EA Title in about 4-5 years. I was wondering what is this issue and how do I fix it because I know that I have not linked any Playstation account to my EA Account at all nor have I played an EA Title on my Playstation. NEED HELP ASAP
