Issue with Crunchyroll Trial Code

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with a Crunchyroll trial that I received as part of my EA FC 26 Club Member benefits.Last November, EA sent me an email containing a link to claim my Crunchyroll trial. However, whenever I click the link, it does not open the redemption page. Instead, my browser displays the following message:“We cannot direct you to the requested web page at this time. Please try again.”I have tried accessing the link multiple times, but I receive the same error every time. I have also tried using different browsers and devices, but the issue persists.I contacted EA Support for assistance, but they informed me that because the email was sent by another team, they were unable to help me resolve the issue.I would like to know if this problem has happened to anyone else and if there is a way to claim my Crunchyroll trial. If the original link is no longer working, I would appreciate it if someone could advise me on how to redeem the offer or direct me to the appropriate team that can assist.Thank you for your time and any help you can provide.

Copy your code from the EA email.
Go to
https://www.crunchyroll.com/campaign-eafc26?coupon_code=REPLACE
Replace “REPLACE” in the link with your code.
Log in to an eligible Crunchyroll account (new or one without a subscription in the past two years).
Click “Start Free Trial” and enter your billing info.
