Issue with submit button during SBC submission

I wasn’t able to submit SBCs this afternoon, and I had 10 out of 15 levels completed for a player upgrade and now it’s expired. So I’ve wasted over 100 highly rated player cards. Incredibly frustrated. 

the submit button was just greyed out the entire time, even if the requirements were met. This was in the companion app.
