Issue with Unlocking Transfer Market in FC 26 on Nintendo Switch 2

Dear EA Support Team,

 

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with EA FC 26 on Nintendo Switch 2. I pre-ordered the game, and I am currently unable to unlock access to the Transfer Market in Ultimate Team.

 

According to the requirements, playing matches in Rush mode is necessary to unlock the market. However, due to the lack of available online players and competitors in this mode, I am not able to complete the necessary matches. As a result, I am effectively blocked from progressing in Ultimate Team and accessing one of the game’s core features.

 

I kindly ask you to review this situation and provide a solution – whether it be an alternative way to meet the requirements or an adjustment to make the Transfer Market accessible despite the low player base in Rush mode on Switch 2.

    Dear EA sports team , 

    I have this issue too . Ive managed to play 2 games of Rush towards the objectives and have spent hours trying to find games . I have played the 3rd game towards the objective 5 times with it freezing at the end of game , forcing a quit and restart to which I’m met with a disconnection message . 
    This is frustrating and a lot of hassle just to unlock the transfer market. 

    All features that are locked or required to unlock to make the game sustainable should have been made clear from the start on the box or description. Pay to build your team is the only way to go .

    I've been trying to play a Rush mode match in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team on Switch 2 for 10 days now, and I've never been able to find enough players.
    Unfortunately, there's an objective that requires 3 Rush matches to unlock the Transfer Market, which is currently impossible on Nintendo Switch 2.
    EA Sports urgently needs to work on a permanent solution to fix this issue, which affects all EA FC 26 players on Switch 2 worldwide.

    What’s worse is even after days of trying to find rush matches to complete objectives the market still won’t unlock due to a bug where playtime on switch 2 isn’t being logged. Please fix this asap ea

    If anyone wants to jump on at the same time for rush mode let me know, EA is being so lazy as per. I have found one game but if we all jump on at the same time for a while maybe we can do it
