Issue with webapp

Possible fixes for “It is not possible to sign up. There are problems with the enrolment services” in FC 26 Web/Companion App:

1. Make sure you have created your FUT Club on console/PC

   - Log into Ultimate Team mode at least once on your PS5/PC and finish the intro setup.

   - Without this, the Web/Companion App cannot activate.

2. Log out everywhere, then back in

   - Sign out of the EA App, PSN, and Companion/Web App.

   - Clear browser cache/cookies or reinstall the Companion app.

   - Log back in with the EA account linked to your PSN ID.

3. Check linked accounts

   - Go to https://myaccount.ea.com → “Connections”.

   - Confirm your PlayStation account is linked to the EA account you use in-game.

4. Confirm platform eligibility

   - FUT Web/Companion App only works for the “main” platform linked to your EA account.

   - If you have multiple accounts, check you’re logging into the right one.

5. Enable login verification

   - Go to https://myaccount.ea.com/security → turn on 2FA.

   - This is sometimes required before the apps work.

6. Wait for full server sync

   - After starting your FUT Club, it can take several hours (sometimes up to 48h) before the web/companion apps activate.

7. Check EA server status

   - Visit: https://help.ea.com/en/server-status/

   - If enrolment services are down, the issue will resolve once servers stabilize.

8. If nothing works:

   - Contact EA Support: https://help.ea.com

   - Provide your PSN ID, EA account email, and note that FUT works on console but the web/companion apps show the enrolment error.
