Issues with loading menus, matches, end of matches, etc

The game is often (around 90% of the time played) slow during loading: when switching modes, the screen appears frozen, and it can take over 90 seconds to exit PROClub and enter Ultimate Team.

Completing objectives in UT is a nightmare (clicking on quick links for challenges often results in endless loading), and trying to access the store leads to long update or download screens for FC.

Matches work fairly well, with few crashes, but in my case (PS5), anything involving menu navigation constantly freezes during loading, then resumes after several minutes.

At the end of matches, interaction buttons often don’t appear, and I have to wait minutes before I can exit.

The game was purchased two days ago, installed on a standard PS5 with M.2 expansion. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it on the main storage, but the issues persist. No other game behaves this way. Average connection speed is 180 Mbps.

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? Otherwise, it would be fair for FC to offer a refund, as the game is objectively unusable.
