I played this game when it launched , UT is my favourite but it crashed every week at least 2 to 3 times, it made me very angry 😡 I can’t even get more points, it also blamed me my network problems, I am sure my network is perfectly good. I can’t stand any more, even worse I always crash when I always close to win the match 😡
It will be my last EA game if it doesn’t have any improvement and compensation😡😡😡

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues staying connected to Ultimate Team. If you're seeing multiple crashes a week that's definitely not normal behavior, so there are some steps we can try to check on things for sure.
It sounds like you've already tried some steps already which is great, but it may be worth checking through these other troubleshooting steps just to see if any other options help out. You did mention your network seems to be running fine, but the game's giving you a message about network problems. Are you seeing any other errors, or can you grab a screenshot of that one by chance?

Same here bro. I've been having this issue for a while now and it's really annoying. I have reinstalled the game called my Wi-Fi support done everything possible, but it just doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Don't expect anything bro. In one another thread, they blamed the issue on the ISP rather than taking the accountability themselves. Like how can I play 3 games in a row and then after I can't even log in to the UT at all for a day or two.
I bought this game on Black friday and was ready to enjoy the holidays and play this but alas, EA and their non-existent tech support.
