It says connection error when I try to enter Ultimate Team mode.

I've been playing FC26 for a long time and for the last 3 days I haven't been able to log into Ultimate Team mode. When I click to log in, it gives me the error "Unable to connect to Ultimate Team at the moment. You will be redirected to the Main Menu." Please fix this. I also request compensation, such as FC Points, for the loss of gameplay and inconvenience caused by this error.
