just training mode

Hello,

I have an active EA Play subscription on Xbox. The “Full Game Unlock” add-on appears on my account, but when I launch the game, I can only access the “Learn to Play / Training Mode” section. Career Mode and matches are locked.

I already tried deleting and reinstalling the game, and also restarted my console, but the issue is still there.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
