Keep crashing after a bit on ultimate team

I'm on Xbox series x, it's clean, well ventilated and I'm still crashing on this game quite a lot I've lost so many rivals games cause of it, anyone else get these crashes where you get sent straight back to home?? And I've done pretty much everything to fix it and it's just **bleep**ed
