REFUND / REWARDS for people who are not able to play due to controller issues.

Here is a discussion to start a petition to offer rewards/refund to all the people with controller issues/ input delays. What is the purpose of spending extra on preorder for an ultimate version when we cannot play anything on the game with so much of technical glitches and bugs happening? COMPENSATION must be met as we are still unable to play anything since the release!
