Keeps breaking and kicking me out of UT at the end of games so I lose progress

It's so incredibly frustrating that about a third of the games I play in Rivals, especially the ones I win, seem to hit the final whistle and then give me a good ol' "The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later." to then kick me out of Ultimate Team, me to load back in and be met with an even more frustrating "Disconnection Warning" and then have lost all of my progress from the match I just won and also have moved down a stage in my division as if I lost the match. It's so frustrating and quite frankly absolutely disgraceful how much this game crashes or freezes from doing simple little things considering I paid nearly a hundred pound for it. It's really pushing me over the edge. I don't know a single other game company besides 2K which lets this amount of silly little, painfully fixable issues slide in their extremely expensive game.
