Keeps crashing since release

Hi ea, 

Every time I play the game I will be winning and then I get an error and get kicked from the game and lose. Its so unfair that ive paid for the ultimate edition to get early access and I haven't been able to play the game due to getting kicked out. My son is incredibly sad about it as he can not play with his friends due to the problem. Please can we get some help or advice as its almost robbery and I feel as though I should be compensated in some way.
