"keyboard only" is not working in kick off mode in FC'26

i recently bought FC '26 . i am a keyboard only player . in practice arena keyboard /keyboard+mouse controller settings is showing . but in kick off mode only "keyboard+mouse" is showing . i have changed the settings to keyboard only in the default settings but in kick off mode i only get "keyboard+mouse" . 
how can i solve this?|
so far i have tried unplugging the mouse when i start the game and also everything else i could think of 
if it cant be solved , my money is being wasted cuz nobody plays with "keyboard+mouse"
