l did not receive my Icon pack

hey guys l pre ordered Fc26 on my PS5 l was expecting to open my icon pack like in the description that was on the PlayStation store but it has been 3 days since l have been playing the game but yet to receive my icon pack and something plz be done about the issue cheers.
