Community ManagerHey there. Thanks for reaching out. I moved this out of the bugs forum since we're not aware of any bugs that would cause speed-up lag. So, let's go through some troubleshooting. First, the quality of your connection should be checked. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score.

Thank you. Apologies for the late response. That is a pretty poor connection. Did you try the connection troubleshooting steps I linked? It also would be good to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
