Lagging and slow motion

Players run like in the dirt everything is very slow in the training mode everything is fine but in any mode it feels like 10fps although my rx570 4gb is fully suitable for the game we have been waiting for a decision from EA for 3 days although they gave 90€ for the game Ea fix it already
