Left stick is stuck in game

Hello, can you tell me what is wrong with this stupid game? it unplayable for me... 4 times per game, my left stick is stuck in game, i turned on controller overlay to see what is happening.... while im moving towards one direction, player will continue to run even when im not holding the stick so i cant shoot, pass or even defend since my player decide to go on the trip... i even bought new controller since i thought my old one is broken, but its still happening, even after calibration... u can clearly see it in the videos,,, there was no reason for me to go there... + i cant even create case for some reason, i submit it but its not showing it to me in "my cases"
