Live Start point bug

Started a New Live Start point with Leicester, after The current season ended i started the next season still in the championship even though technically as they finished in the relegation zone they should be in League 1. 

Don't know if this is intended or a bug so thought I'd make a post.

    The game doesn't take off Leicesters points reduction.. Resulting in Leicester having 52 points and being safe from relegation.
