Loading onto ultimate team

I get an error code stating-

‘Please note that you can only play football ultimate team on one device at a time. Your UT session on this system has been closed as you are already playing on a newer generation elsewhere’.

I have made a new account, I have ensured NO ONE has the details, and I don’t even have another device to be on, not sure what’s going on game broken already?
